I am very happy with this product. There are a number of great exercises you can do with this set, and having the little contraption that allows you to use a standard door frame is a great feature. I run a wellness center where I train multiple clients each week. I am very pleased with how much use I can get out of a set of these before I have to replace them. For the very affordable price, these are the best cables on the market.

I am writing this review after 3 months of continuous use. It is superb for beginners and intermediate person. I don't have time to go to gym so I daily do half an hour training with this. And strength and quality is very nice. Seriously I was not expecting that much.

A decent product for the price. The resistance bands are good for basic workouts and stretching. The set includes everything needed—handles, door anchor, and a bag. Build quality is okay for light to moderate use. Great for beginners or home workouts, but not ideal for heavy strength training
