Refund Policy
Returns: We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Additionally, returns on sale items and gift cards are not accepted. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
