It works

I have used it only once ….maybe I can say more after several use. So far I feel some relief.

Cracks Your Back Every Time

If you love a good back crack, you will love this. This back stretched is super easy to use. All you do is select your arch size and lay on the device. From there you just get as comfortable as you can while enjoying the stretch. I use this at least once a week and feel my life has improved as a result. It's a great way for me to start the day and get a much needed stretch in. It's pretty inexpensive for how often i use it. It's mostly plastic but I still find it comfortable.

Works well but very hard to adjust settings

I experience sciatica from time to time, and have found that decompression exercises/movement provides relief. I usually use an inflatable exercise ball to do that. This back stretcher works in the same way, and I like that I’m able to lie down to use it. That said, it takes strength to manoeuvre and bend the piece to make it arch and fit into the slots. I have not ventured beyond the first slot (lowest arch) as it almost seems impossible to arch it further to reach the nearest slot (highest arch). There is this fear of it snapping in half. I don’t know if there’s a trick to doing that or if it’s a design flaw.

Works, needs better instructions

First off, it does kindof work. It does give a great stretch when it's set at its highest arc. Beyond that, nothing really. The lower settings aren't enough to give any sort of support for a good stretch. It's really hard to get set in that highest arc however, which may be a good thing as it speaks to the durability. It comes with instructions, but they're pretty vague. It also comes with a 4th piece that isn't shown on the instructions, so what it's for is a guess at best. The package lists magnetic therapy, as well as acupuncture & massage, but there's really no instructions on how you can use this for those things & they're definitely not obvious. There are magnets on the board but their purpose is very unclear.As a back stretcher, it's great, but it really isn't anything beyond that. Regardless of what the package claims.

Easy to use, seems to be helping

Fajaerny back stretcher/cracker is easy to use and has 3 levels. I just set it for level 1 to start and have been using it lying sown, it can also be used sitting. The back stretcher cracker has 84 plastic needles for massage points and 10 magnetic points, and is very sturdy it says good for up to 400 pounds. So far I am pleased with the ease of use and the results from using it ,I would recommend.
