I bought this Pilates ring because I wanted something simple to help me get back in shape and tone up, especially around my thighs and arms. It’s lightweight but has just the right resistance. I use it during quick workouts at home, and it’s surprisingly effective! Doesn’t take up space, and the grips make it comfortable to hold between the legs or squeeze with your hands. If you're looking for an easy way to add some resistance to your workouts without going to the gym, this is a solid choice.

I am not experienced with Pilates rings, so take my opinion accordingly. This is lighter weight than I expected (barely noticeable weight). The tension is good and I can feel it working on my sad, underworked muscles.
