Pelvic Floor Muscle Trainer

No instructions maybe because it was easy to use. I tried it and there’s no way (personally) for me to completely spread my thigh as the device will slip off if I do. Maybe because I tried it while sitting. A bit awkward to use. In terms of effectiveness, not sure yet cos I’ve been using it for a few days only so far. Will have to see.
